• Put only clean clothes in the wardrobe; a worn garment will contaminate everything else.
• Never return laundered clothes to the wardrobe unless they are bone dry.
• Hook lavender bags or cedar wood rings over coat for good smells and to deter moths.

It’s because it makes chunky calves look slimmer instantly, we walk with our backs straighter and it makes us more womanly & confident.

Especially with pump heels, it makes our feet look smaller, it’s like instant photoshop. haha

Anyway, whatever confidence or womanly feelings a pair of gorgeous heels  give you. Having stinky feet would take that away- instantly.

How embarrassing it is no matter the location, be it in the office, in a cafe or at your boyfriend’s place.

After a whole of of walking in those killer pump heels that you’ve not yet broken into, you just wanna kick off your heels and relax your achy feets. But the moment your feet is out of your heels, the stinky smell of sweaty feet hits you and your friend/colleague/boyfriend/whoever’s around you…

Stinky feet, ultimate confidence killer.

So what can you do to avoid ever having to face these situations?!

Try these solutions:

1. Save your Orange/Lemon/Citrius-y fruit peels, place citrus peel in shoes overnight to refresh and remove the odor
2. Sprinkle a little Kitty Litter or baking soda overnight to remove the odor
3. Place a small piece of Dryer Sheets overnight in your heels removes the odor, many said that this method is the most effective (you can buy dryer sheets at carrefour/cold storage/mustafa)
4. Wear heels insoles wit Charcoal to remove the odor
5. Apply powder on your foot before wearing your heels so it can absorb the moisture/sweat
6. Try to wear Leather or Suede shoes, your feet will be able to breathe in those materials
7. If you wear socks, wear cotton socks, your feet cannot breathe in synthetic socks thus causing you feet to sweat and stink more!
8. Some people swear that leaving your stinky heels/sneakers in the freezer will remove all odor (errr, not like anybody in their right minds would wanna try that)

I want the Kate Hudson, Blake Lively, Jennifer Aniston’s sexy tousled beach waves look too! So casual and just thrown together like it’s telling people, blah i just woke up with this head of sexy, messy curls. Envious much? :p

Anyway, the other day i was at Clover doing my hair and i wanted to have a more sexy, voluminous hairdo, so my stylist sprayed this product all over my hair, blow dry and.. the bounce and volume in my hair lasted all day!

- which is freaking amazing for me because i have those kinda hair that will go flat after 20 minutes even after half a can of hairspray!

So i was really curious what was the product they used, called up to ask and it’s actually the KMS Sea Salt Spray! It’s the first time i heard of such a thing called sea salt spray but apparently it’s very popular in the US.

Anyway, i googled around a bit and found that there’s so many brands making sea salt spray!

Some of the sea salt spray that received pretty good reviews:

3. Fekkai Marine Summer Hair Beach Waves
4. KMS Hair Play Sea Salt Spray, available for sale at Clover Hair Boutique

If you don’t want to spend money on these sea salt sprays, you can even make your own at home! How amazing, i heard this “recipe” has been tried and tested and a fan of many.You will need:

a Spray Bottle  (you can get at watsons/daiso)
1 tablespoon of sea salt in 6-8 oz of warm water
a dollop of cheap conditioner (any brand will do)
a small dollop of cheap hair gel

Leave some room in the spray bottle so you can add everything together and shake to mix it. You actually should go cheap on the conditioner and gel because they are of a thinner consistency so it will mix easier in the water.

Tips: You can even add a wee bit of VS/Bath&Body body spray to make it smell yummier!

So, how to actually use the product?

• First wash your hair as usual, cut back on the conditioner if possible
• Spray the product on your hand or on hair directly but avoid your roots
• Tip your head down so your hair is hanging and blow dry with hands and Viola! You have those hair instead of boring flat locks!
• Use a curling thong/straighten to create some curls, it does not have to look perfect
• Separate the curls and scrunch with your hands to create the messy beachy waves look, Sexy!

Anyway, everyone LOVES having plump, kissable lips right? Well not everyone of us is blessed with sexy lips like Angelina Jolie.. BUT! We can always use make up to make our lips look juicy & yummy!

I have to say i LOVE my lip glosses. I have a whole huge drawer dedicated to my lip glosses only, and it’s almost full. Think I’m probably gonna use the same lip gloss until i become a granny! Hah

I’d say I’ve tried quite a number of brands that are available in the market but one of my favorite brand of lip gloss would be Ettusais!

These aren’t even all the colors of Ettusais lipgloss i own!

Anyway, you know some people just apply lip gloss like it’s FREE, when you apply too much you look like you just ate something oily and have not wipe your mouth with a napkin instead of looking sexy and kissable!

To avoid having “oily” looking pouts, the trick is to…

Yep, only apply in the middle and smack your lips together to spread the gloss.

In fact, to prevent that from ever happening I stash lip essence/balms everywhere.
In front of my desktop, at my office, on my dresser, in my purse.. Everywhere!

While doing my facial scrub twice a week,i scrub my lips gently with the scrub as well to remove the dead skin, and i apply lip balm constantly throughout the day.

These are some of the lip balms that i have tried, tested and now cannot live without! ♥

I remember i was pretty upset whenever i bought a new back baring dress but yet i have to cover up with a cardigan because the back acne is so ugly, it makes me so conscious of how my back would look to others.

Then i heard from a relative that showering in hot water and not drying your back properly etc will cause backacne & that using a milder/gentler body shower gel will get rid of those backacne!

Major shock, i LOVE my long hot showers. And I’m never patient enough to dry myself totally before i put on my clothes (LOL). So i took the advice, switched my shower gel to Johnson’s Milk Bath and guess what!

My backacne really cleared up!

I guess it varies for different people, some people may have oiler skin, take a lot of oily food or maybe they lead a very stressful lifestyle etc.

But try it! It might work for you like how it did for me! (:

But of course after the backacne went away.. there was another problem.

The scars. The death of all women.

Anyway i read about Ettusais White Body Mist in a magazine, and i was one of the blogger ambassador for Ettusais for 2 years so no shock there that i love all of their products!

It’s to prevent acne and lighten acne scars.

I used this product everyday after i shower. (so convenient! Just spray on, no need to rub in like you conventional body lotion!)

Previously when i was working, i had terrible back acne scars,
(dunno why i’m so stupid forgot abt this product then.)

then recently i went to genting highlands with my ex colleague
and they were really amazed at how my backacne scars
have totally faded and disappeared!!!

YAY! I’m no longer afraid to wear bareback dresses anymore!

Is it tough to brush through and hurts like a bitch when the brush tugs on your hair? When hair is wet, you should always use a comb to smooth out those tangles and knots!

By brushing wet hair, it causes BREAKAGE and other damage to your hair shaft! Does your hair brush look like this:

Ewwwww! How much hair do you lose in the long run?

Since brushes have multiple bristle unlike combs with only one row of “teeth”, it provides letter control and pulls on a tangle more as compared to a comb!

Time to get a comb babes!
